RODEN BALKAN House is our renovated century-old house. It is from the Bulgarian Renaissance period and is over 150 years old. The house has preserved the spirit of the old times combined with the necessary amenities of the present. The first floor is the place for shared moments with friends. On a heavy table or on a soft piece of furniture by the fireplace with a good movie and a glass of wine. On the second floor are the bedrooms for our guests. We have 3 double rooms that use two bathrooms and one studio for 4 people with a private bathroom.

Villa Ibar is located at the beginning of the village of Raduil: 9 km from Borovets and 8 km from the mineral waters of Dolna Banya. The Kashtelata complex is located in a private courtyard of 2.5 decares, which is secured with a fence. Experience the magic of Rhodopean mountains. Come to a beautiful panoramic house with private bathroom and large balcony with mountain view. The house is part of the guest house called "Milka". There is a kitchen guests can use inside the spacious room and a sofa which can be used as a bed for one or two people. Enjoy the mountain view while relaxing in a hot tub. It is paid additionally and costs 30 BGN/hour and can fit 5 people. At the house you can order traditional breakfast and dinner.
