Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

Kamen is a great host, very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend visiting his place.

We want to thank Tatiana for possibility to stay at her place. We spent a fantastic week in an apartment with almost private swimming pool which is almost at your terrace. Communication was perfect, even there was a small misunderstanding with cleaning, but it proved how honest person she is. We arrived very, very early – received a key before cleaning and we received a return as we cleaned by ourselves. It was the first time we finally paid less… In other places we sometimes had to pay more, payments which were not informed to us before arrival. The place itself is very quiet, however there is a restaurant with live music etc.. It is located 1.5 km from the village with shops, etc. The distance to the sea is 8 km. Konrad

Beautiful apartment with a soothing view. Quiet, rest, and comfort. Clean, everything works, comfortable beds, appliances working. Pools are pleasant and intimate. Unfortunately the spa area didn't work..

The apartment is on the 7th floor in the G block of Barcelo Hotel. Two rooms, a little tired already, but it didn't cause us any problem. There is nothing in the apartment, even a sponge for washing dishes, so you need to keep in mind that you will have to buy everything, in the literal sense of the word. There are enough dishes, glasses, plates, spoons , forks, cooking utensils. Of course, there was a lack of a washing machine, but this issue can be resolved. Separately, I want to note the balcony , we spent there all the time that we were in the apartment. Breakfast with a partial view of the sea and the Nemebr. Of the disadvantages, I will note the sofa in the living room, we were 3 adults and someone had to sleep on this sofa. And it's almost impossible to sleep on it (( Overall, everything was great! The host is always available, responds promptly, prompts something if necessary. The location is perfect! In the very center. It is quite noisy at night, as young people walk until 4, or even before 7 in the morning )

You can’t get a better view is Sozopol and a better location. We LOVED looking out and seeing the sea and the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 1min. The appartment is right in the middle of everything fun yet it was quiet and we slept perfectly. There were plenty of fresh towels and even beach towels to borrow which we needed. Right outside we had access to stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and so much food options. There is a street near but along the beach with all the fun restaurants and entertainment. In the other side there is a street with a ton of little shops and vendors. We felt super safe and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Servers spoke English and were very helpful. The walk to old town was easy and extremely worth it!

Very nice place, close to the sea, groceries, easy to find parking. Everything as described. Me and my mum was happy to spend our weekends there. Ulian is a great host, would highly recommend him=)

Quiet location but very close to everything, 700m from the nearest beach entrance (measured by Garmin). There is a nice little pool and a restaurant in the building. The restaurant is open 12 through 18. It has local Bulgarian food which is very expensive and good quality: soups, main dishes etc - very convenient for lunch. A small supermarket with all basic foods and essentials is in the next building. A lot of other supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc are around. A central bus station of Sunny Beach is in 300 meters. Very good wifi, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove plate, kettle, washer - all you need to feel at home. The apartment is on 4th floor with an elevator and a has nice view from the balcony. Everything is clean. The studio is spacious. Very good communication with the host. The only minor drawback of the apartment is that the shower is not separated - which is pretty standard in Bulgaria - so whenever you take a shower the floor in the bathroom is wet.

We stayed two people for two nights and were satisfied with our choice! Everything was clean, comfortable and walking distance to the beach and Garden establishments. There is ample space for parking as well. I would recommend to loved ones as well. Thanks Milena and until we meet again!

Lovely house in the middle of the town centre. Nice sea view. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Lovely backyard with a BBQ. Professional cleaning. The host lives 10 minutes away and was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

The apartment was nice and clean. There are shops, restaurants in the neighborhood. The bus stop is 10 min away. Stanislav was very polite and helping, very easy to reach :) I would definitely recommend his apartment

Amazing place for one big family or a group of 5 or 6 people! The atmosphere in the garden is perfect. The pool and the barbecue are making it peaceful. The location is great!

We lived in this apartment for 12 days. Everything was just wonderful: both the apartment itself and the residential complex.

We were on a visit to Rebecca with the whole family for the third time! And this means that we really like to come back here again and again. It has everything you need, a quiet pool, a shop, a beach and restaurants are located nearby. This place is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Good value for money. Amazing kitchen equipment, and a great yard . The only small disadvantage was that the water in the area is not really clean which makes washing the dishes a bit challenging. Other than that, the place was very clean.

Very nice accommodation for 1, max 2 people in cozy small apartment. The apartment has everything a person needs, including very fast internet, which will delight especially working travelers. Part of the complex is also a beautiful large pool, which paradoxically almost no one used and was still available. Based on the price of my stay, this is the best deal in the area for me. If you're looking for something cheap, I definitely recommend it.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Victor's house. The resort is beautiful, and the gardens are very well kept. The terrace has a great view of the sea. The many pools surrounding the house and beach within less than a 5-minute walk were so convenient and offered many relaxing options throughout the day. There are several restaurants, a beach shop, a playground and a supermarket in the resort. Communication with Victor was very easy before and during our stay and he was very helpful. The house itself was very clean and easily accommodated our family of 5 with extra beds to spare. The house was well equipped with everything that you would need (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Having a car made it easy to travel to nearby towns and places of interest (e.g. Nessebar, Sozopol, Varna, Burgas). I would recommend Victor's house to anyone wanting to spend some time relaxing on the Black Sea!
