You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. Our farm is located exactly in the middle between Rostock and Wismar close to the sea

Auf zwei Etagen können Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen und auf der privaten Terrasse entspannen. Durch ein Tor links am Haus gelangen Sie zur Terrasse und können ihre Fahrräder im Durchgang sicher abstellen.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.
