Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

In the bathroom, there is a spacious rain shower and a towel heater.

Our guests are invited to use all garden furniture, terraces, pavilions and of course the playground. We can provide a grill. Depending on the season, kitchen herbs, fruit and vegetables can also be harvested from the garden.

Paula has two living levels and is therefore also perfect for several guests.

Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.
