The apartment is on the 3rd floor and contains: hallway, living room/kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The apartment has a balcony and a parking space in a shared garage. There is an elevator in the building. Immediate proximity to Kolbotn Torg with shops and restaurants.

Bathhouse on the west side of Nesodden with panoramic views of the inner Oslo fjord and sun until sunset. It is located at the south end of the boardwalk on Flaskebekk, which is Norway's longest row of bathhouses. Small private beach belongs to. Provided 2 sup boards, 2 sunbeds, 2 deckchairs, a small table, park barbecue. The bathhouse is intended for a day stay, but comes with 2 mattresses. There is no electricity, water or sewage, but it is equipped with water tanks and camping toilets. Water can be refilled 200 m away.

A nice trip by bus and boat in just under an hour. Or, you could take a trip to one of Nesodden's restaurants. The bus stop is just a short walk away.
