Our log cabin Klein Meerzicht offers comfortable accommodation overlooking the meadows and the Paterswoldsemeer. The space is modernly decorated and has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a double sofa bed. There is also WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and electric heating. Groningen city center is 20 minutes by bike. P+R A28 (transfer/bus station) within walking distance. Train station also in Haren Shops nearby. Supermarket 1000 meters away.

Our guesthouse (2015) is located at a unique spot in "Mooi Drenthe". It sits idyllically among characteristic farms near Peize and Roden. You'll love our place because of the tranquility and the beautiful views over the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and biking trails and is very close to the city for fascinating excursions in the cultural area. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for longer periods of time.

The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Near the cities of Groningen and Assen (both about 15 to 20 minutes drive), Eelde airport (about 10 minutes drive), the cozy villages of Norg and Zuidlaren, National Park Drentse AA and nature reserve Noordscheveld. Ideal base for cycling and hiking tours. The accommodation is less easily accessible by public transportation.
