Historic half-timbered house from 1570. This is our vacation home that we regularly stay in with our family. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakers and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace (our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you need.

You'll love my place because it offers outdoor space close to nature, and is largely furnished in the 50s style, the construction period of the house. My place is close to hiking trails in the forest and nature, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge in Mörsdorf, which opened in 2015, an animal adventure park in Bell and the castle town of Kastellaun. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
