Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! This place is very recommendable. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. All the amenities were provided, and everything worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the little touches, like free toiletries, coffee, water and snacks. Especially they have a washing machine so you can easily wash dirty clothes right away. The place is in a great spot—there's a laundry shop, salon, coffee shop, church, and restaurant just around the corner I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

We stayed here because it was super close to the concert venue were we work, and for that purpose, it was perfect. The place itself was fine for a short stay. Would recommend if you're looking for convenience over amenities. Precilla is a good host.

The place is nice and beautiful in person! I highly recommend this to my friends and family. There some things I want to suggest, tho. - More Floormats as the floor becomes so slippery when get wet. - Instead of thin linen, invest of having bigger and thicker "kumot" for comfort when sleeping. - Black Towels are highly advisable. The towels look old and used for years already. - Wood Kitchen utensils instead of plastic. There were stains. Overall, the place is cozy and great for its price. The host and co-host are responsive. 🤍

I've been booking my stay in manila with this host since 2023 and i should say they have the best units! the host was very responsive and friendly. and i also want to thank you for the flexible time of check out,really appreciate it. will definitely book with this host again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
