Es erwartet Sie eine ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Schwarzwald, ca. 330 m ü.M. Umgeben von Wälder und Weinbergen gibt es viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Weitere sehenswerte Orte wie Baden-Baden, der Mummelsee, Skipiste erreichen Sie in ca. 20 min. mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Hauses mit drei Wohneinheiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtenthaler Allee . Bus stop 1 minute . Walking distance to downtown 12 minutes. It is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the building, very quiet view of the countryside with balcony ,parquet floor , high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker . Animals are not permitted Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a visitor's tax of €4.50 to be paid at check-in per person per day. Registration form must be completed.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In a two-minute walk, you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in magnificent vineyards. Our guests are welcome to use our sunbathing lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 p.p./night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool are just a few advantages.

Both the city of Bühl with restaurants and shops, the immediate proximity to the world heritage city of Baden-Baden with spas, spa house, world-famous casino and one of the most impressive festival houses makes Eisental the perfect location for excursions. The horse racecourse in Iffezheim near Baden-Baden also offers international gallop racing in spring and autumn.

Our Black Forest Lodge is located in the back of the property and was completed in August 2020. The house has an infrared sauna. We have lovingly furnished it with many great details. A place to relax. The property is located in a district of Bühl, very close to the spa town of Baden-Baden. Cozy cuddly nest in Sasbachwalden

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.
