It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. In the half-timbered house, a carefully built former school storage, there are two bedrooms for a total of four people on two floors and an open kitchen in the fireplace room. For a relaxing stay, the rural-style rooms were built and lovingly furnished with ecological building materials. Enjoy the lake panorama from the windows and on your doorstep. The former Gutsdorf Pulow is a secret place on the mainland strip of the natural park "Insel Usedom".

Peenestrom Rankwitz vacation home - 100 sqm

The 100 m² apartment is located on a 1000 sqm separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. *Bookings for the other apartment on the upper floor (80 m² for 4 people + 2 extra beds) and the entire house (2 units) can also be made via other listings.
