Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. Holiday apartment at Stadtwald No. 1

Welcome to Anklam. My apartment is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the city, in an apartment building, on the second floor. The apartment is ideally suited for 2-3 people. If there are four of you, we recommend only a short stay. Anklam is the starting point for boat trips on the Peene, excursions to the island of Usedom and for day trips to Poland. The Ozeaneum in Stralsund and the island of Rügen are also worth a trip for a day trip.

The city offers supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station, a tractor museum and much more. Our apartment is located on the upper floor and is only accessible via stairs. The terrace is covered, has a barbecue and seating area. Parking for 2 cars is on the property.

In my guest house, I offer people the opportunity to find themselves in a time-out. In a quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, on a property with many places to linger, you can relax - without having to sacrifice the comfort of an individual modern accommodation. The guest house consists of 2 residential units that are rented separately, the kitchen is shared. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (see house rules).

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who want to spend the whole day just on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....
