Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Buffalo River

Never spoke with Anthony directly but both property managers Kristen and her husband were very responsive and accommodating. As an owner myself of many properties they do a great job with making your stay as comfortable as possible.

We have stayed here 2 times so far, and are very pleased with both of them. Looking forward to going back. Chuck the host is very responsive to all your needs and questions. He is outstanding in my book.

Really lovely spot, had a small issue and Host was right on top of it, non-intrusive, was just wonderful. Loved that there was coffee, sugar and creamer there!!!

Deep Roots is by far the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It's remote location was just perfect to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a busy day in the big city of Nashville. It is in an absolutely gorgeous location with hiking trail within a half mile of the house. Alicia is a great host and even left my son a graduation happy because she knew we were there for his Senior Trip! The fresh eggs she left for us were also very thoughtful. There are just little thoughtful touches all over the place. Fresh flowers, so many board games, a set of horseshoes outside, hiking sticks, ingredients to make Smores. There was not a single thing we could have wanted that was not readily available if we needed it. The house was immaculate and so very comfortable. We felt right at home the entire time we were there. The only thing that could pose an issue for some is the WiFi is very sketchy and slow. Not an issue for us, but if you are wanting to work, it could be a problem.

Paul and Veronica were quick to respond and flexible with our check in time. They are friendly folks that were quiet and respectful upstairs neighbors during our one night stay!

Beautiful home with everything you would need. Just bring your clothes!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start. The home was lovely, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up for guests. What truly stood out was their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs—such a rare and valuable quality! A special touch was when their kind daughter swung by to set up a pack 'n play for us, saving us the hassle and allowing us to focus on settling in with our baby. It's gestures like these that make all the difference. We'd love to stay at another of their properties in the future!

Very easy to find! Booked four airbnbs with Mrs Holland all right next to each other for crew doing a Walmart remodel. Responsive host and always gave a heads up before seasonal maintenance people would come service the property

Derek & Tara's place was quaint and exceeded our needs. They had lovely decor, as well as being very comfortable. They left us fresh cut roses, snacks, paper plates, bottles waters and a Brita water filter. Everything was in working order and they had the A/C nice and low for our arrival. The home is in a picturesque setting and parking was very straightforward even in our full size truck. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town!

Located in a beautiful, private, quiet wooded setting. Spacious and a great outdoor deck. Unique location in the you have the enjoyment of pleasant drives in a scenic area as well as only a few minutes to Franklin and all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

Lovely weekend stay. Accommodations were exactly like the photos. We hope to stay here again.

In town for work. Easy to find the location very clean and comfortable. would definitely use this place again.

Connie was so friendly and helpful. We actually booked last minute, and she had Guests leaving right before we were arriving. She was able to clean and prepare everything so that we were able to stay. Thank you Connie for working us in last minute, so sorry, but really enjoyed!! Definitely recommend!!!!

I was well satisfied with the experience we had during our visit and will use this Location again when I need a place to bring a friend or family member thanks again. Miss Betty was great and easy to talk to. I guess the only little bit of frustration was trying to find the driveway in. I think the instructions need to be a little more clear. " Take the first road to your Right after you enter the gate" for example. All in highly recomend. Go Betty!!

Al was very responsive as I had some delays with my travel plans. The place was very Nice a peaceful.
