The Happy Camper is a 1971 fully restored camper with whimsical styling and all the comforts of home. It is close to the city (20 min. from downtown) but nestled down in a holler in the forest. With a queen bed in the single bedroom, a couch that converts to a double bed in the main living area, and bunk beds tucked into a corner, this is perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends out for the weekend. The deck overlooks a seasonal waterfall and the fire pit is perfect for stargazing.

Enjoy your morning coffee with amazing view of the beautiful Tennessee River, then head on down to the Clifton Marina Bar & Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. We have golf club sets that can be rented out for $25.00 a day. Ross Creek Golf Course is located right here in Clifton.

This site has a large area for parking. It would be easy for a truck towing a camper to pull up to the site and park along the road.
