Cabin holiday rentals in Buena Vista

We recently stayed at Jay’s place in Alma for a ski trip, and we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect and, honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The level of detail he’s put into all the little things makes for such an exceptional stay. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice, cozy stay away from the noise but close to the ski field.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time on our week stay. The house is located in a beautiful spot close to Breckenridge skiing and FairPlay fishing, and the community around it are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Truly an amazing experience!

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day together. My son always likes to go on a trip/experience for his birthday and this was the cabin he chose. Picturesque views. Weather was great. The cabin really helps you feel right at home while soaking up the relaxation. We really had a great time.

Lovely, peaceful place that filled our need for a quick getaway from Denver. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog, and we enjoyed the surrounding area and the hot tub immensely. The cabin is very comfortable and homey with a beautiful, stocked kitchen. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven on earth!

We selected this cabin for a two-night family getaway with our two adult children to get away and just enjoy a relaxing weekend with family. We got exactly that. Anna contacted us well before our check-in to give us the information we needed to settle into the cabin quickly. The cabin was bright and welcoming, and the views from the dining room table and deck were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils to prepare a family meal, and lots of extra kitchen goodies that you almost felt like you were in your own kitchen. We enjoyed many the morning sun and stargazing on the deck. Very peaceful. The hot tub and roasting smores on the lower deck was a great way to cap off our stay. It was an all-around great cabin for hospitality, welcoming and comfortable accommodations, and just the right setting to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Fantastic get away. Located in a beautiful and rural location, but it's only 10 minutes from town, so it has the best of both worlds. The place is surrounded by large picturesque mountain views. The jacuzzi was nice and hot.

The cabin was very comfortable and well-designed, and I especially loved the quirky artwork. The kitchen was small but very functional. The only warning I'd give is not to underestimate the elevation! Going straight from sea level to stay at 10,674 feet was maybe a bit rash, and I did have a pretty bad headache for the entire trip sadly.

We had the most incredible stay at this secluded mountain cabin! Tucked away in the trees with stunning views and total privacy, it was the perfect escape from everyday life. The cabin was cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. If you’re looking to unplug and recharge in peaceful surroundings, this is the place. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Stayed here with 6 people total and everyone was very comfortable. Tara provided helpful instructions and was always responsive to any questions I had. The property requires a gate code and has very little traffic once off the main road. Kitchen was spacious and the loft bedroom upstairs was super cool. We got snowed on pretty good our first night so we were very glad to be able to use the fireplace at the home! The place was very clean and couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Ken’s cabin is PERFECT! It’s secluded, even though there are neighbors in the area they’re not close to you. The scenery is absolutely some of the best scenery in Colorado in my opinion! From the mountains, the pine trees, the sound of the creek, the chipmunks… it was amazing and breathtaking. The Cabin is just as he described it and as the pictures show it, it’s very nice rustic, warming, and peaceful. Pretty much anything that you may need, was there. From cookware, bathroom, accessories, linens, etc.. . So, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway for just yourself, or you and your significant other with some amazing views, I highly suggest Ken’s Cabin! Ken and his wife are great hosts and try extremely hard to provide details of the area, places to see, places to go, hiking trails, etc.

We stayed here for our wedding, and we could not be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed, and it was a nice, quiet place to get away. A bit far from stores and restaurants, but we were prepared and loved to cook at the house. Scenery was beautiful, I loved waking up to the mountain sunrise every morning. Had an amazing time at the cabin! Absolutely beautiful space with tons of amenities, functional kitchen, games and TV, Cosy bedrooms. The property is beautiful, lots of privacy and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. Perfect weekend getaway for my birthday, highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin with even more beautiful views. Lots of room. I visited with my fiancé, our two daughters, and my mom. We had an amazing few days in the mountains. David was super informative ahead of time and was responsive/easy to reach. The deck and views alone make this place worth it. Definitely recommend!

Pauls cabin is a great retreat away from the city. The stars were bright and the seclusion was beautiful both night and day!

This home is lovely. It’s in a beautiful location with lots of trees and an amazing front porch! We loved the rocking chairs! It’s really easy to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Inside is beautiful. It’s well-decorated and well-stocked. The bed is awesome and it was super clean. We will definitely be back!

Unmatched stargazing! We’re regular visitors & the location can’t be beat! Secluded with tons of hiking yet close enough to nearby towns/amenities. Cute, quaint home with all the charm! Cozy indoor fireplace & inviting décor. Views & back patio are so nice to have! We saw fox (beware they may come right up to you and the front door!) AND moose right in the yard! Nice amenities for a small home. Enjoyed the second living area with a TV, leaving the main one for gathering and enjoying the views. Kitchen has basics – need to bring oil, spices, foil/parchment paper, etc. if cooking/baking. RO water system is VERY nice to have, especially in the dry climate! Home was very clean and nicely updated. Be aware we’re very familiar with this area and spiders are a common occurrence in the Summer. They easily slip through the cracks in these older homes. We LOVED the cedar hot tub – so nice! The turf and stepping stones on the first level patio are a nice touch. Great stay, friendly hosts.

Renee is super responsive to your inquiries and the cabin matches the listing. It is a peaceful place tucked into a golf course setting. Town is just a short drive away but nothing walkable other than beautiful sights! The king bed is comfortable and there are fans in the bedroom for use and an overhead in the family room. It is decorated in a comfortable log cabin style which we really liked. This is a quiet community and has great access to what Beuna Vista has to offer.

One of my favorite Airbnb! The view and deck is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. Watching the sunset from the deck was one of our favorite parts of the trip. John was super responsive and the cabin had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay for all that Buena Vista has to offer ! There are other houses around but you feel really secluded and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was great for cooking. Sleeping was great. Not the greatest shower but totally doable. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and close to everything.

Great stay! The place was clean and private with lots of amenities. The layout and charm of the space was fantastic, but the real gem was the view from the wrap around deck and the cedar hot tub.

This home was absolutely Beautiful! Our family had a great time staying here. The views were stunning and had a picture-perfect view of the lake. The amenities in the home were great. The hot ube was a hit with everyone as well as the Pac Man game on the lower level. 5-star recommendations. The host was also very easy to work with and went above expectations.

Such an amazing stay at Katie’s A-frame! Favorite Airbnb to date. The location is remote (but with wifi and TV binging abilities) and silent with the most gorgeous view. Katie was responsive and quick to troubleshoot if needed. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!
