A brilliant apartment for a group of friends! We stayed a week and had a lovely time, just a 15 minute easy stroll to the seafront. Right opposite a big supermarket which was very convenient. Rooms all well air conditioned and showers all worked well. Kitchen only quailed for simple cooling. Overall, a great place to stay. Thanks to Olga.

Nadja was a wonderful host. She took care of all the details and made us feel like home. From daily cleaning, laundry, clean towels everyday to useful tips and recommendations about the surroundings. The kids had a lot of fun. The swimming pool looked small in the pictures but is actually big enough for up to 4 kids. Kitchen is actually small but has everything you need to prep a quick meal. Queen's beach and king's beach are imo 2 of the most beautiful beaches in the Adriatic and are a mere 10 walking Min. away, now free of access too. Sveti Stefan is a must see. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Nearest Supermarket is just 2 Min away. The house has a private garage for parking. Just be aware it's very narrow. We loved our Stay in Montenegro and had a blast!

Communication with Danijela was very good right from the start. She offered to help and promised that her husband and her will assist us with everything they can. Danijela and her family live above the apartment and check-in was smooth. From the moment we met Danijela and her husband, we felt at home, like with our family. They were extremely kind, warm, hospitable and did their utmost to assist us and make us feel good. They invited us for a drink at their home and we met her lovely kids who speak English and had their parents' manners. We got a better apartment then the one we booked, spotlessly clean, spacious with 2 double beds and a nice kitchen. Needless to say, we got all the amenities we needed. Danijela's husband advised us a lot about where to go in the whole area. The place has parking, location is just 5 min walk from Kotor's old town, nearby there is a good restaurant (Galian), supermarket and great family-run BBQ restaurant. If you're heading to Kotor, do choose this place! We felt a bit sad to leave.

Ivan is a super host who will fix everything what you need during your holiday! The apartment is maybe even nicer than in pictures with that amazing views from the balcony!!! Only two minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommend this place!!!

Die Gastgeber Nena und Toza sind besonders liebenswürdig - aufmerksam, freundlich und in jeder Situation hilfreich - die Kommunikation war für mich natürlich besonders einfach, da Beide perfekt Deutsch sprechen ! Es gab sehr nette Gespräche und hervorragende Tips für Unternehmungen - sogar ein tolles Konzert am neuen Hafen. Im Ort Denovici ist es sehr sympathisch und obwohl natürlich in der Hochsaison einiges los ist, ist es vom Massentourismus entfernt und dörflich geblieben. Es gibt gute Konobas und es ist immer angenehm und unterhaltsam spazieren zu gehen oder auch nur das Meer und das Treiben am Strand von einer der Terassen vom Haus aus zu genießen. Nur wenige Meter zum Schwimmen und der hübsche Garten mit Trauben und Feigen - ich habe mich in zehn Tagen dort sehr erholt und würde gerne wieder kommen !

dziekujemy Marko i jego rodzinie za udane wakacje. spędziliśmy w apartamencie 2 tygodnie. Było bardzo wygodnie i miło. Gospodarz jest super przyjazny i pomocny. okolica cicha, idealna dla rodzin z dziećmi. w bliskiej odległości od Herceg Novi i innych wartych zobaczenia miejsc. świetna opcja, gdy chce się polaczyc zwiedzanie Czarnogóry, Chorwacji i Bośni. Apartament był dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach, czysty i przytulny, adekwatny do ceny. kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. na tarasie miejsce do grillowania. z całego serca polecamy!

swietny gospodarz i wspaniala lokalizacja. pokój czysty i przestronny. wszystko jak w opisie. W prezencie od gospodarza dostaliśmy wspaniałe wino własnej roboty i pyszny winogron. Polecam!!!

we hebben enorm genoten; de omgeving (net buiten Kotor) vonden we heerlijk, rustige sfeer, genoeg te doen en aan het water (elke dag zwemmen!). De communicatie met Vera ging goed en ze had leuke tips voor dingen te doen en plekken om te eten. De ruimte is niet groot maar goed ingedeeld, schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. kortom: een aanrader!

We had a great stay! Place was clean, very quiet area. No problem with heat even without aircon. Shady terrace with slight wind. Communication with Alexandra was great and we always got good advice. Happy to visit again.

Peaceful area, but at the top of a hill, so be careful if you don’t have a car.

Everything was absolutely wonderful we were very happy hopefully will return soon.

L’appartement était top. Très bien situé, proche de tout et place de parking privée. Logement propre avec un super balcon. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Beautiful villa with an amazing pool, piece and quite surrounding, 15 minutes by car to Budva city center, 5 minutes to Jaz beach, easy parking, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, airconditioning in all rooms, fast and easy communication with the host, she was very helpful and flexible, I absolutely recommend this place.

Logement bien situé, proche de Kotor. Propre. Cadre très agréable, jardin pratique pour les enfants. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et discrets. Ils nous ont offert un jus à notre arrivée et une boîte remplie de figues, cueillies de leur jardin, pour notre départ. Entrée indépendante, stationnement pratique au pied de la maison. Merci pour ce petit moment agréable.

We Had a phenomenal spring break, the location is perfect just 15 minutes walk to old town and 10 minutes walk to the beachside. The apartment is located within 5 minutes from grocery store. The place feels like home from first sense itself with all the required household things. Majda is very responsive and helping person. Already Looking forward for our second time

Gorans place was very convinient, close to Bar and major road. Highly recomended. Goran was extremely good host. Facilities where plentiful. Kitchen was clean and equiped with all necessary utilities ready to prepare your own food.

it was best host ever in our holiday trip. they're kind, intelligent. room was really clean and location was very good. it was just 15 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to center.

Wir waren fünf Leute und waren genau sieben Tage dort. Als wir angekommen sind, kam uns Duro direkt entgegen und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und durch die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist wunderschön und zu den beiden Stränden unten am Wasser braucht man maximal fünf Minuten. Wir hatten zudem einen Mietwagen, den wir ohne Probleme vor dem Haus parken konnten. Duro hat dazu noch einen Grill, der jederzeit benutzt werden kann. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, kam von Duro schnell eine Antwort und jedes Mal, wenn wir ihm begegnet sind, hat er sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben die Tage dort sehr genossen!

Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit dans ce logement, très pratique car situé à 10mn de l'aéroport et à 5mn a pied du centre ville. à 40mn en bateau du port de Dubrovnik ou 30mn en voiture.pour avoir vécu Dubrovnik, Split et Zadar, c'est en fait le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu en Croatie. Du niveau suite 5 étoiles, tout est neuf, très propre, meublé et équipé avec gout. Les volumes sont très spacieux, le lit est un king size à 2 matelas, la cuisine est bien équipée, le salon est confortable, la salle de bain est top. Antun est très accueillant il nous a permis de laisser notre véhicule dans son espace jusque notre départ pour l aéroport, il est prévenant et très professionnel.

Olga nagyon segítőkész szállásadó mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt. A lakás teljesen megfelelt a képen làtottaknak. A panoráma lenyűgöző a teraszról. Foglalàsnàl feltétlenül számításba kell venni,hogy a hegyen található, gyalogosan nagyon meredek az út. Csendes környéken található, jót lehetett ott pihenni. Köszönjük szépen a kedves vendéglátást!

Un grand merci à Zaneta et à son mari pour leur accueil, leur compréhension et leur gentillesse. Zaneta nous a accueilli avec un cadeau gourmand et avec un grand sourire. Merci à elle pour sa bienveillance. La communication et les conseils étaient excellents. Le studio est d’un grand confort avec une machine à laver et surtout avec un parking privé parfait pour la voiture louée. Un arrêt de la ligne 10 se trouve juste à côté pour aller à Dubrovnik avec un arrêt pour la cité. Cavtat est vraiment un joli village avec de beaux restaurants, le studio est vraiment bien. Franchement, vous pouvez louer en toute sérénité. En prime, la climatisation ! Merci Zaneta :-)

Travel was amazing. We liked our house. Is quiet and warm. Thanks for everything. But If you dont have car, little far away from central (we had). The others, location is amazing, looks like peace space. We like it. Thanks and hope see you soon.
