Chill Studio is located above Old Town Budva which is a 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk to Old town. The studio offers STUNNING views of the Montenegrian coast line and the Adriatic sea. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

My place is close to the center of Budva town, close to the biggest shopping center TQ PLaza, taxi stations, public transport, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutiques, fashion shops, 300 m from the beaches, 500 m from the Old town. Close to the hearth of night life, but enough far from crowd. Apartment is full of daylight, with lot of space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
