Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Budva

Petar’s place is excellent. It’s near bus stop, beach, restaurants, bakery, grocery and town. It has an amazing view from the balcony. The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything you need. The property has ac which is really good for summer months in montenegro and a smart tv with netflix already logged in for when you just want to chill at home after whole day of roaming. Petar goes above and beyond as he provides water, beer, fantastic home made wine, cooking necessities and even laundry pods. He allots time to pick us up to and from the airport (for free) even if he has to work the same day. He even gave us a souvenir when he dropped us off. A really touching gesture that you rarely see nowadays. Petar is very genuine, friendly and warm person. He communicates really well, very responsive, gives clear directions and very good local recommendations. If we’re back in montenegro we wont hesitate to book Petar’s place again. Highly recommend. :)

We had an incredible stay at this spacious and phenomenal apartment. The modern and clean design, along with the well-equipped amenities and electronics, truly made it stand out. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and motorized window shades and sheers throughout, making it comfortable during the hot days. The location was perfect and central if you want to venture and drive out alongside the sea to explore different beaches and points and f interest. Apartment location also has 2 grocery stores downstairs for super convenience. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and pier through Slovenska Plaza resort. The host Misha was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available and polite. His attentiveness truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb stay to anyone looking for a high end, comfortable and convenient accommodation in the area.

We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

Wonderful place to stay to explore Kotor. Communicative and friendly host. Nice and spacious living room. Perfect location within Old Town, private and safe. We only stayed for 3 nights and did not use the kitchen, but it is well equipped and clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to see in Kotor and plenty of boat tours with easy access from Old Town. Highly recommended.

Dejan was an amazing and responsive host. He was quick to answer any of our questions and provided us with a wealth of information before and during our trip on things to do in and around Kotor. His place was pristine and clean with modern appliances and very comfortable rooms. The apartment is right in the centre of Kotor Old Town, so it's close to everything you need to explore the town and a short walk to local buses/private speedboats to adjacent towns. we are really thankful to Dejan for being such a great and accommodating host, making the last leg of our Adriatic adventure smooth and restful! Can't recommend the apartment enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

Our vacation was great! We rented a place long before the start of the season, so there were some technical nuances after the winter, but the hosts very quickly replaced the broken appliances and gave us a compliment in the form of a large package of coffee capsules! Thank you so much! Since we were out of season, we were allowed a very early check-in and late check-out without any problems, it was very welcoming. The furniture in the rooms is a bit tired and some of the lockers were broken but the mattresses are very comfortable. The terrace is just super - super view and a great table for shared breakfast and dinner. In general, we are very satisfied! It was a budget accommodation, totally worth the money and suitable for a large group. Thank you to the hosts and everyone who worked with us!

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb and its incredible host. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and helpful people I have ever met—truly going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.
