The Perchoir des Graves

This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. At the foot of a 13th century fortress, in the heart of the vineyards of the first Bordeaux coasts, we welcome you to a fully renovated 1860 property. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool (private for guests), a private terrace (with a table for 4 people, BBQ), enclosed and wooded garden, mini golf green. Parking is located in the courtyard and is secure. We are bilingual (English) and can help you discover the region.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our gîte, in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafé coffee machine and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.
