The Perchoir des Graves

This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Le logement est une dépendance en bois au calme, dans une petite rue très tranquille, le logement est totalement privatif, equipé d’un espace Sauna au rez de chaussée, ainsi qu'une cuisine équipée, et sa jolie terrasse. Au 1er étage, un studio cosy mansardé et climatisé avec une très belle vue sur les vignes du sauternais et les châteaux viticoles. Il y a un petit coin salon avec son lit double confortable et un canapé convertible une place.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our gîte, in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafé coffee machine and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.
