Au 1er étage, un studio cosy mansardé et climatisé avec une très belle vue sur les vignes du sauternais et les châteaux viticoles. Il y a un petit coin salon avec son lit double confortable et un canapé convertible une place.

Our gîte, in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafé coffee machine and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

On the banks of the Brion, in the middle of an 8-hectare park, at the confluence of the Graves and Sauternais vineyards, the Moulin annex offers you a calm, independent, comfortable space of 45 m2 Close to Langon, Bazas, Villandraut, many tourist and gastronomic sites.
