RECENT INDEPENDENT STUDIO OF 50 m2 IN PREIGNAC/TOULENNE LIMIT NEAR THE ROUTE DE BORDEAUX (D113). Fully equipped in 2 parts (1x 27 m2 living area + 1x 23 m2 covered terrace/summer kitchen + possible access to the pool from May to the end of September, in the middle of the Sauternes vineyards, close to all amenities: Langon train station (4 km), Preignac train station (1.5 km), access to the A62 & Langon (5 km), main shops, colleges, high school, and Bordeaux (30 minutes)

Pastoral sheepfold

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the former sheepfold of our grandfather refurbished in the Landes style. On the program, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 minutes from Sauternes, 15 minutes from Bazas, close to all amenities (3km). 2 mountain bikes (1 man and 1 woman) are available for guest use. Come and recharge your batteries with friends or family in this peaceful retreat!

Come and relax in the heart of South Gironde, in a warm, recently renovated cottage equipped with air conditioning. You will be at the gates of the castles of Sauternes with its magnificent vineyards. This little piece of heaven is full of forest trails that will delight lovers of walks and bike rides! You will also have the pleasure of discovering the Ciron, a magnificent river that crisscrosses the department and offers canoeing and kayaking trips.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

The Château Batsères, a wine property, opens the doors of its family home, where charm and authenticity mix for a peaceful and bucolic stay. The ancient stones, exposed beams and decoration, mixing original furniture and contemporary designers, make it a truly unique place, full of history. The volumes are spacious and bright, perfectly arranged to accommodate families, friends, in search of an authentic experience in the heart of vineyards.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, on a very quiet little street, the accommodation is totally private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its pretty terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine castles. There is a small sitting area with a single sofa bed and a comfortable double bed.
