Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

Studio in the heart of the vineyards with sauna

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, fully fenced, in a very quiet little street. The accommodation is completely private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternais vineyards and the wine chateaux. There is a small seating area with its comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed.

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. On the agenda, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 min from Sauternes, 15 min from Bazas, close to all amenities (3 km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available for guest use. You can stay up to 6 people in the house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed in the first bedroom and a private garden. Share a moment with family, couples or groups of friends, on the Wine Route, 15 minutes from the Bordeaux ring road, 1 hour from the beaches, the Bassin d'Arcachon and 40 minutes from St Emilion.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our gîte, in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafé coffee machine and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

Welcome to our home! You will love our charming rooms, carefully decorated, which perfectly combine modern comfort with old world charm. Our house is in a pleasant setting, the flower garden and the smell of wisteria will make you feel like you're somewhere else. The large fireplace in the living room is perfect for cocooning by the fire. Enjoy the private sauna and Nordic (hot) bath in our private garden, out of sight.
