Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. All rooms with kitchen and bathroom can be fully used. In the vicinity you will find great hiking routes, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinguished volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location and renovated in 2023. First floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping accommodations, including in the living rooms.
