Beautiful house with great views. Small things to fix but overall a great place with generous indoor and outdoor spaces. The area is very nice, with nearby beaches in a safe area.

Modern, stylish and comfortable house, thoughtfully designed! Nice spaces to stay and enough furniture inside and outside. Spacious kitchen with cooking island and many amenities and inventory, all the possibilities to prepare your meals at home and enjoy with each other! In addition to the pool, a wooden terrace with sunbeds and a round table with chairs to sit outside. A garden with a beautiful rock as a prominent and special element and various shrubs and trees that provide plenty of privacy. That limits the view from the terrace, but from the great large rock in your own garden you can see far. Once on top of the rock, you'll have amazing views over the surroundings and the setting sun behind the mountains. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

The experience in Sennori was wonderful. Cristina is very kind and sweet. They answered all my questions and gave me all the necessary information. The apartment is very nice and cozy with a wonderful balcony. The inhabitants are very kind and communicative. The country is very safe and you can get around without thinking...

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Great little place for 2 people. We extended our stay from 5-8 days. Easy comms. Tastefully furnished and kitchen well equipped (sharp knives!). Veranda has sun and shade at all times. Lots of greenery and flowers of the maquis. We very enjoyed cycling to nearby beaches. Beautiful.

Our stay at La Maddalena was very pleasant and entertaining. The city is beautiful, in a breathtaking setting with very beautiful activities to do in the area. The house is located in a quiet environment and in the centre of the island. It has everything you need to be comfortable. The outdoor layout is simply extraordinary. I would recommend it in a second.

If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The casa Santa guilia is an incredible place to stay in southern Corsica. Ines is a wonderful host and was always responsive and helpful to our family. The pool is fantastic and our children loved spending their time swimming. Near to amazing towns and beautiful beaches we cannot reccomend this accommodation enough and urge people to book on. We will be returning The flowers, private setting and beautiful house made our Corsica trip all the more special. We will be back

An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. Overall a perfect holiday experience if you’re looking for a quiet and memorable stay Thank you again Martina for sharing your place with us in a special way.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Michele and his home. It was absolutely stunning and met every hope we had. The pool was gorgeous and we spent almost every day at it. Michele was so helpful and incredibly responsive with lots of recommendations. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Very nice place. The accommodation is typical with its stones. The amenities are perfect. It may be missing a few dishes which would allow you to use the dishwasher less often. But the site is beautiful!

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

Very good stay with Mari. The accommodation is very well located in the city which allows you to do a lot of things on foot. Functional accommodation can be a little noisy with the passage of cars.

We thoroughly enjoyed this slice of paradise in Villagio Piras. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. Its location was fantastic - very convenient to beaches and the town center (with a car). The three bedrooms, each with its own bath, worked perfectly for me and my adult children. Riccardo was helpful and responsive from the start, advising on the ferry and nearby marinas and beaches. We visited in early June. The weather was perfect and the town and island were bustling, but not overrun with tourists. It was a spectacular vacation for all of us!

We had a fantastic stay once again and it was definitively not the last time for us at this beautiful place.

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

The house is located in the middle of the mountain in a very quiet, secluded location - about 300m from the road. The large gate gives a sense of security. The accommodation is clean, simple and beautifully furnished, just as we wanted. Small things like coffee and spices were available. Also some coal for the grill, which we unfortunately did not use because of the wind. Communication was always perfect and hassle-free. From the accommodation, you can head in all directions to cities or beaches - San Pantaleo is a real gem! We will be happy to come back!

Great hostess! Great location! We were there in early May and we felt the only ones on the hill. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Accommodation is ok for the price. However, it does not invite you to linger. It is enough for the night but it is uncomfortable. The bed is very old and there is no way to heat when it gets a bit colder. So bring warm clothes for cold nights. The location is all the more beautiful and the view is great!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The garden with terrace was particularly beautiful – ideal for relaxing. Communication with the landlord was always straightforward and very pleasant. We were particularly pleased with the helpful tips on restaurants and excursions in the area. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!
