Grade 2 listed Converted Stables

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Just a minute walk down the hill takes you to the beautiful river where you can walk either in the direction of the villages of Mells, Chantry and Whatley or the other way towards Frome itself.

Centrally located at the top of the famous winding cobbles of St Catherine’s hill, it is just a stone’s throw from independent coffee shops and boutiques, as well as the renowned Bar and Bistro Lotte. The apartment is at the top of the building, so you do have to climb some flights of steps - but the view over the romantic rooftops of Frome to the hills of the Westbury White Horse will be worth it!
