Welcome to peace and relaxation in my Grade II listed cottage in historic Shaftesbury. The self-catering cottage is in a unique gated courtyard near the foot of Gold Hill and is within a short walk of the town centre and a local pub. It is compact and therefore suitable for singles and couples (I do not accept 3rd party bookings), and we also welcome well-behaved pets. You will have use of a private enclosed garden a short walk from the cottage, and on-street parking is available nearby.

Bright, newly constructed first floor studio. Hidden retreat in beautiful North Dorset with southerly views across garden, paddocks and landscape beyond. Rear view includes the walled vegetable garden and glimpses of Somerset as well. A gas log burner adds a very cosy feel in Winter. Peacefully positioned on the border of Dorset and Somerset “The Leveret” is an ideal location for exploring the Blackmore Vale, Shaftesbury, Sherborne and Bruton with many walks/footpaths on the doorstep.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
