Our small villa is exclusively at your disposal for your stay. In that case, neither we as the landlords nor the guests will be in the property. It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel, yet it is centrally located, thereby combining quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a large city. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Sasel market and the attractive Alstertale shopping centre. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (with space for 2 more cars behind if needed)

Unsere historische Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Familienurlaub. Auf der großen Hochterrasse können Sie die Sonnenuntergänge über den Apfelbaumplantagen so richtig genießen. Das Haus wurde 2022 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung in allen Bädern, eine neue Küche und moderne Bäder. Der große Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt und eignet sich ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Hamburger Innenstadt ist ca. 30 Min. entfernt.

This exclusive villa offers 300 sqm of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms—one featuring a fireplace and direct access to the garden. Outside, you will find a sauna, garden shower, heated outdoor whirlpool (seasonally available from May 15 to October 1), gas grill, outdoor fireplace, and a terrace. A carport is located directly at the house. Natural stone and real wood parquet floors create an elegant atmosphere indoors.

Our villa (250 m²) is located in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath, an idyllic small town in a quiet location with its own forest and beautiful large park-like garden (6000 m²). Amelinghausen is a great recreational and holiday area which offers countless leisure opportunities such as hiking, cycling, walking, horseback riding and water sports on the Lopausee. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool. Bispingen is 5 km away and the Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park is also around the corner.

Ihr "Lieblingsplatz" im Herzen der Lüneburger Heide erwartet Sie! Dieses fast 450 qm große Herrenhaus bietet Ihnen, einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Für Kinder ist es das reinste Paradies! Wir haben einen großen Badesee auf dem man sogar mit dem Boot fahren kann. Eine ganz neue Anschaffung ist der Thermomix TM6, der gerne ausgeliehen werden kann. Für Junggesellenabschiede steht das Haus eingeschränkt zur Verfügung d.h. nicht Ostern, Pfingsten, Weihnachten und Silvester/Neujahr!
