Is well located near public transport with flexibility: bus, tram, metro or on foot to go to town, 3-5 min from City 2 Shopping and 10-12 min from Grande Place, next to Tour-Taxi and Gare Brussels-North, in front of the house there is a mini park (La Ferme Maximilien) which is perfect for little ones.
