Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

The former day laborer's cottage ideally offers space for 2 adults with/without a dog. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the bedroom is possible. If that's not enough, you can book the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog). You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. Loissin, with its unknown and very natural coast, is an insider tip, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, fireplace and Wi-Fi. Change always on Fridays.

Cycling along the Baltic Sea, kite surfing in the shallow water or hiking through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

Quiet apartment near the water on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route

We rent our apartment on the Baltic Sea hiking trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen, shower room, hallway and living room-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are close. Likewise, the Baltic islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic beaches or be active in sports.

The detached villa (200 m²) is located directly on the beach with its own access. The entire ensemble (house, property (700 m²), sauna, garden, terrace with water view, beach access) is available for your exclusive use. It is situated in such a way that you do not have to do without privacy despite the proximity to the beach.
