Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with rooftop views. Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Vacation home in the seaside resort of Lubmin

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. Our apartment is 700 meters away from Greifswalder Bodden. The Greifswalder Bodden is a Bodden waters on the south coast of the western Baltic Sea. It is the largest Bodden in the pre-Pomeranian Baltic Sea coast. The Seebd Lubmin is centrally located. Usedom Island is 16 km away, while the island of Rügen is 54 km away . The Hanseatic city of Greifswald can be reached in 20 minutes by car

The apartment has a living room, bedroom with large sofa bed for 2 people, fitted kitchen, veranda and balcony. Garden use (e.g. for barbecuing) is possible by arrangement. A parking space is nearby. Bicycles can be parked on the property. Shopping is within walking distance. The city center with many historical sights, the fishing village of Wieck as well as the beach and the ruins of the Eldena Monastery are easily accessible by public transport or by bicycle.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

The house on Uferstieg is a relaxing place close to the beach to slow down - ideal for couples, small families, athletes and dog owners who want to take a holiday away from the crowds. From the simple, restrained cottage of 50 sqm, it is only a few metres to the natural beach. Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

Quiet apartment near the water on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route

We rent our apartment here on the Baltic Sea cycling trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen,shower room , hallway and living-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities Greifswald and Stralsund are nearby. As well as the Baltic Sea islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic Sea beaches or be active in sports.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
