Nice apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. In a great location in Richmond, good for trams etc. Some brief noise from people outside on Friday/Sat nights but to be expected in the location.

Andrew’s apartment is a real treat. It’s in a great spot, close to everything but feels so very private. Such a beautiful art deco building with loads of character and gorgeous views. There’s a massive balcony area with lots of sunlight and Andrew is really lovely and very responsive. Highly recommended

I loved this place - it's full of character, with a beautiful layout, comfy rooms and bedding, an excellent parking space and Rebecca's thoughtful hosting with a little note to us, set up to be nice and warm on arrival and with great kitchen basics and treats especially for us. My husband enjoyed reading about the history of the building - it is particularly remarkable that it remains amongst the high-rise apartments surrounding it. How special to have open space and trees enclosed on the property!

We had an amazing stay at Ange's place, the apartment is spacious, well furnished, and located conveniently close to shops, freeways and the CBD. Would definitely recommend this apartment 10/10

Carls place was fantastic. Super modern with lots of high end furnishings and appliances. Perfect location in Melbourne and loved the suburb. Would love to come back!

Super friendly and responsive hosts, and the place was perfect for what I needed! It was great having somewhere to park my car that was safe, secure and easily accessible, which is important when you’re a car guy. Would definitely stay again when I’m in Melbourne.

Rebecca has put together a fantastic space with the Sanctuary, offering all the conveniences of a home while you're travelling. It's in a fantastic location and the off-street parking is a boon, and the outdoor jacuzzi is fantastic for a relaxing evening. Rebecca was very helpful and responsive to questions I had, I highly recommend her as a host.

I chose this place for my parents to stay, who were visiting from the UK. I already knew the location was incredible as I live just around the corner! The place itself was lovely - very homely, arty, quiet and modern. We had a BBQ there, which was enjoyable! It felt like a home away from home for my parents and they didn’t want to leave. Communication with the host was top notch - thank you!

Sofia’s house is neat and attractive inside. The bathrooms were appealing with excellent showers. The bedrooms were large. The mattresses in the front two bedrooms were quite firm. The oven and stove top worked well. There was a small but well chosen selection of cooking utensils. We particularly liked the cleaver with its broad, sharp blade. We thought the addition of wine glasses and mugs (there were cups and saucers) would be welcome. There was air con in the lounge which worked well. The yard was great for our chihuahua. A couple of issues arose but Sofia responded immediately and rectified them. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Sofia’s.

Gail was an amazing host, very helpful and kind. Offered for us to check in early and check out late if we so wished. Even posting/returning some personal sentimental items we had left behind. The place itself was clean and comfortable, it was certainly big enough for our family and even had a dog bed and bowls set up if you are traveling with a pet. We very much felt at home here and I highly recommend this place and Gail.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

We had an incredible stay at Ursula’s Zen space over Christmas and New Year. It was cozy, peaceful, and perfect for my father, girlfriend, and me. The eclectic styling added so much charm; we loved the thoughtful and unique decor in every room. Ursula was a fantastic host, friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. A delightful surprise was discovering that Ursula and my father went to the same primary school. Their nostalgic conversations made our stay even more special. The setup of the private half-house was perfect, offering comfort and privacy, and the garden was a lovely, tranquil retreat. The location in Burwood East was convenient, with plenty of parking and all the amenities we needed. Ursula went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we could not have asked for a better holiday experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a relaxing and unique getaway. We would love to return.

Matt was an amazing host. We cannot thank Matt enough for an amazing stay. We had to relocate from home due to insurance needing to complete repairs and we felt so comfortable and right at home at Matt’s place. There was a slight issue upon checking in but Matt was at the house within 10 minutes to rectify it. Cannot recommend the home enough, clean, spacious, centrally located in a quiet street. Everything was 10/10. Thanks Matt!

Vivian’s place was amazing! Very clean and the perfect size for one person but a couple would also love this place. Great amenities and so easy to come in and out. The washing machine and dryer really help and the smart TV was an added bonus. It felt like Vivian had thought of everything that a guest may need for an easy, relaxing stay. Will definitely book again!

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Great location to access tennis , docklands , city , trains Comfortable bed , 2 TV’s & well appointed kitchen . Would definitely return

The room itself is very clean, bedding was comfortable and had a splendid view. The bathroom was also well kept. The host was also very friendly, prompt and responsive in communication, and made the check in process seamless. Will stay again.

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

Sneha's place is spacious and its location fits perfectly what we needed. Some of the house rules, such as the requirement to vacuum the floor and remove linen on departure were somewhat out of the ordinary.

Great location, perfect for our weekend in Melbourne, close to public transport. Ilayda was a really responsive host, great at communicating, and helpful.
