Anthony’s Art Deco loft is GORGEOUS. It’s so unique, fresh, fun, bright, stylish, delightful and quirky. It’s an absolutely glorious space and I felt immediately at home there, and so comfortable. The decor is gorgeous, and the whole place just has a truly beautiful feel. I felt like I was a writer in a retreat. Excellent position for walking or easily getting anywhere you need to. Anthony was exceptional with his communications and also went out of his way to accommodate me, and was so kind and empathic and especially helpful around me being ill and a bit fragile. If you love quirky, unique, beautiful and soulful spaces and genuinely kind hosts - you’ll love your stay here.

Peta and Daniel's place is well appointed and ideally located. We spent a week there and didn't feel like anything was missing. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for yourself, the unit was very clean and spacious for 2, with plenty of storage space. It is very well located. A 6minute walk to good restaurants and cafes along beautiful treelined streets. Access to public transport (with many options) was a 5 minute walk away. We'll be back. Chris & Anna

Kristina was a great host, answered all our questions promptly and was friendly to deal with. The apartment was in a central location with trams at 2 minutes walk away, taking you straight to the City. There’s no shortage of fabulous eateries within walking distance and a Woolworths literally on the door steep. If you’re into vintage shopping this is the area for you lots of great op shops etc up and down the street, very trendy. After a long day out it was great to come home to our accommodation with that gorgeous view, warm and comfy decor. It was freezing outside but with the heating on, we were warm and cosy. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need with lots of condiments should you choose to eat in. The parking was a bonus and easy to get in and out of even in peak hour traffic. The area is safe to walk around at night and the entrance to the apartment was private and easy to access. Great location, central & walking distance to everything in Moonee Ponds yet apartment is tucked away in a quiet street. Owner is very friendly, responsive & keeps the place clean & tidy. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment & great value. Will definitely stay here again!

Luke was a great host. His check-in instructions were spot-on, and the apartment was clean, spacious & homely. Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance.

We were able to find the lockbox and building easily thanks to John’s instructions. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities provided which was really helpful. We loved the location with shops and cafes being a walk across the road. Would highly recommend 👍

This is such a sweet B&B! The location is perfect, only a block off of the super cool Brunswick’s ‘Sydney Ave’. The #19 tram goes straight into downtown - so easy. The apt was perfect, cozy, clean & quiet. I loved it!

Attentive. Rare these days - kind and caring. After staying at dozens of Airbnbs travelling parts of the world in recent years, I paid my share but was not responsible for the actual bookings and process of the dynamic nature and algorithms of Airbnbs - learnt this when extended my stay as it was perfect for me at the time. Had a lovely stay for 6 weeks here in Brunswick. Check in was easy, flat was clean and had useful amenities for a longer stay (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). Diane & Teresa were replied quickly to any messages I sent. Location was brilliant, few minutes walk from the tram stop into the CBD and close by many restaurants/cafes. Thank you :)

This property was perfect for our stay in Melbourne and in very close proximity to family. The location offered amazing cafe/dining options with trams at our doorstep. The apartment was well furnished and generously equipped. Highly recommended.

Mel’s place was a delightful find. Larger than expected with a good layout for a short stay, it was in the perfect location for access to amenities and I had a stress free stay. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned. Mel reached out early, check in was smooth and she left clear and accurate instructions for house use. Will book again.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though it’s expensive I highly recommend this place at least once you just can’t miss it!!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
