There is a "In-Law suite" that the owner stays in on the back of the property. It is separated from the main house by an 8 ft fence.

Perfect private suite in Kelvin Grove subdivision one mile from the beach. Private entry attached to the main house with covered porch. The homeowners live on the other side of the house. Private entrance with lock code self check in. Two bikes are available. Owner is a retired school teacher. You can see us as much or little as you would like. We love meeting new people but are happy to leave you to enjoy your vacation! Coffee included.
