Good place to stay. Easy and convenient to get in and around the area. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good basic place. They were very communicative and responded quickly. When I asked for additional coffee they were happy to oblige.

We had a wonderful stay at Tammy’s condo! She was a great host and quickly responded late on our first night when we had issues with turning on the thermostat. The view is beautiful, the beach was peaceful, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were just steps to the boardwalk for beach access, which was perfect with 2 littles. Would definitely stay again!

Having access to the beach and pools was amazing. We thought we'd need to use the indoor pool, but the weather was great all week. The outdoor pools were great - showers available to get sand off from the beach. The kitchen equipment was not very clean and the doubl bed was pretty uncomfortable. However, these shortcomings were easily overlooked for how close we were to the beach. Kure had lots of activities for free, but also some things you could pay for nearby, like putt putt or the Boardwalk. I definitely recommend this location!

Karen's place was the best it was perfect for my family peaceful laid back and very clean which I appreciate so much my family and I will recommend Karen's place to anybody the bottom line it was perfect it don't get any better than that thank you and your staff for accommodating our family on Memorial Day weekend we appreciate everything that was put in to make us feel at home thank you so much and God bless you and your staff

Beautiful place to stay and great location. Peaceful and quiet but an easy drive to restaurants and shops! I highly recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful time. It was a perfect escape with the kiddos and so convenient.

This place was perfect. For our family of four (2 teen daughters) the space was perfect. Two bathrooms and separate twins in the second room kept the arguing to a minimum so it’s a must for any trip we take. This stay had everything i want in a rental…clean (updated and cutely decorated), a Keurig (regular pot as well), nice washer/dryer combo, and a Roku for streaming! As an added bonus there was covered parking which was conveniently located by the stairs (there is also an elevator but not quite as close) and a locked storage area for our jeep doors. Save yourself space when packing. There were very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and more in the storage area. Also there were beach towels for use as well but bring your own laundry detergent to wash them after use. The only negative was someone with very heavy footsteps above us and children that wouldn’t stop running around but it didn’t bother me enough to disrupt my mood but if you’re a light sleeper it may.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was in a great location - within 10 mins to most of the restaurants and attractions we wanted to check out. The pools - both indoor and outdoor - were nice and we enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the jacuzzi tub!

Steve’s condo was EXTREMELY clean, maintained and cozy. The view of the ocean here is amazing, it’s about as close to the ocean as you can get! The beach was clean and pretty easy to walk and not nearly as crowded as other places, this condo is also located directly beside the beach access!! Steve as a host was incredible! He was very helpful and informative and wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. We are already thinking about returning to this location for next year’s vacation and if we do, we will certainly book with Steve at this same condo again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay! This condo has everything you needed for a comfortable week at the beach. Beachfront balcony, direct beach access and easy walking distance to all the pools and community center! We plan on staying here again!

This is a great place to stay. I really enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves as I slept with the balcony door slightly open. And of course, the amazing view from the balcony was nice as well. I especially loved the walk to the beach and the jacuzzi. To see the best view, it is best to be on the 11th floor or higher, but we were on the 11th, so I’m glad we got to enjoy the view. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I encountered was with the toaster, it didn't work properly maybe just replace it but I enjoyed my stay as did my guest. We actually wanted to stay an extra day but personal obligations wouldn't permit.

This beachfront condo was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. With running paths on the beach front area, historical site, and main road, we were able to get active before relaxing all day on the beach located just steps from our door! The condo was beautiful and updated with comfortable beds and everything we needed to cook. Steve was a phenomenal host; he was very communicative and responsive prior to check in. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Suzy is an awesome host! “Debby” was on the way into Myrtle Beach and as flights were being cancelled, Suzy offered to refund us if we chose to cancel. We decided to take the chance,rental cars were booked and everyone arrived safely. Weather was crappy for 4 days but the house was the perfect choice for us because of the “extras” of games and cards. We spent a lot of time indoors and under the carport hanging out which might not have been possible if we were in a condo like I normally rent.The house is very spacious, very clean, filled with everything you need for your stay.Suzy was great at answering quickly when I did have a random question and also with the check out procedure.Another great part of renting from Suzy was checking in.You receive the door code and all info is inside the house, unlike the lines of people standing outside that we saw at rental agencies. After a long drive, we were thankful. We will be checking Suzys availability to stay next year again.Highly Recommend

Great weekend stay. Close to the beach, Southport and Bald Head Island. Host was very responsive and attentive. Our daughter even forgot an item that they found and sent back to us!

Tyler was a great host, and the villa was charming and had a wonderful view. I will return next year for the Badwater race and recommend to friends.

This home is so wonderful. It's clean, updated, spacious, and comfortable. The setup is awesome for multiple families or a large family (one king beds suite on the top floor near the kitchen and living areas, then one king suite on the middle floor next to three other bedrooms and another bathroom). We so enjoyed evenings on the rooftop, playing cards on the porch, grilling poolside, the bikes and pool toys provided...and of course being two blocks from beach access! There are little touches that make it feel homey and relaxing - nice decor, guest book, well-stocked kitchen utensils, the big TV in the living room, etc. We enjoyed it so much, we plan to return next year. Thank you. We loved it so much, we already plan to go back.

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

Had a lovely stay at this condo in Winding River. We’ve been coming to this amazing community for years for beach getaways - and this stay was far and away one of our favorites. Clean, comfortable, has everything you need - five stars! We’ll be back 🥰
