We are located a few kilometers from the Vienna city limits, 15 km from the Vienna city center and a few meters from the border to the Babenberger town of Mödling, very romantic and hidden on a green island surrounded by the Mödlingbach. After the impressions, experiences and exertions of the day, you can enjoy and relax the tranquility and biodiversity of the nature of the garden with us in the countryside. And YES, we also live here. The house has 2 floors, each floor 130 m², so enough space for everyone :)

Vacation at the gates of Vienna

You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Wir liegen einige Kilometer von der Wiener Stadtgrenze, 15 km vom Wiener Stadtzentrum und wenige Meter von der Grenze zur Babenbergerstadt Mödling entfernt, sehr romantisch und versteckt auf einer grünen Insel umgeben vom Mödlingbach, du kannst nach den Eindrücken, Erlebnissen und Strapazen des Tages bei uns im Grünen die Ruhe und die Artenvielfalt der Natur des Gartens genießen und entspannen. Und JA, wir wohnen auch hier, das Haus hat 2 Etagen pro Etage 130m2 also genügend Freiraum für alle :)

Im charmanten Penzing begrüssen wir sie auf Deutsch, Polnisch, Russisch, etwas Englisch und Wienerisch. Das großzügige Apartment verfügt über einen luftigen Wohnbereich mit 4 Schlafsofas, eine moderne Küche mit einen komfortablen Essbereich sowie einer begehbaren Garderobe. Es gibt ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, BD, Pissoir und Waschmaschine. Ausserdem stehen noch 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit variablen Schlafmöglichkeiten zur verfügung. Parkplatz am Grundstück vorhanden.

Beautiful house with pool and view over Vienna

The house is in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5 minute walk, the tram to downtown 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running trails nearby that start right in front of the house.
