The house is located 200 meters from the cross-country tracks and a 7 minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with floor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi (300 kbps). You can choose to have cleaning done onsite for an additional SEK 250, or to purchase cleaning for SEK 2,200 in advance, before any RUT (income tax) deductions.

You reach the bike and snowmobile trail as well as cross-country tracks (of which 2.5 km are illuminated tracks) directly from the cabin. 4-5 bed places.Modern. The slopes, Lill-ramis, Lanthandeln, Restaurants and the cross-country trails are within walking distance. The nearest lift is about 200 meters away. In the summer, hiking and biking trails are available nearby. Ramundberget also offers down hill riding with mountain biking as well as a golf course. Ljusnan where you can take a refreshing swim is about 200 meters from the apartment.

The cottage has a bedroom with a 160 cm bed from wall to wall. Fresh bathroom and combined kitchen and living room. There is also a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The cottage is equipped with fiber and WiFi. A large staircase leads you up to a cozy loft with a lower ceiling height for one more person. The bed is 90 cm. Please note that bed linen, towels, hygiene items and toilet and kitchen paper are not provided in the cottage. The same applies to dishware. Departure cleaning: The guest cleans himself according to the cleaning list found in the cottage.

With 80 meters to bicycle, cross-country and snowmobile trails, 100 meters to Ljusnan and 1.3 km to the nearest lift, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The house is centrally located between a handful of different lift facilities.

Lillstugan is located in a quiet and rural location on a farm. The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
