The most important thing: After almost 100 m you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a snack bar on the beach and a small restaurant directly on the lake. Very close to the house is also the restaurant Equinoxe, a little further away from the campsite of Avenches.

The apartment on the ground floor of a vacation home with a large garden was completely renovated in 2020 and is located right on the edge of the nature reserve "La Grande Cariçaie". Lake Neuchâtel can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes and by bike in 5 minutes.
