Our family had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. You cannot beat the view! It’s beautiful. Lisa was awesome- quick to respond and so helpful. Highly recommend to anyone headed to Padre.

We had a wonderful time. The house had lots of space for my family of 14. It had 2 refrigerators, which was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the pool and all the extras. Hope to be back soon.

My friends and I have stayed at Chris’ house multiple times for long weekend trips. The house is always clean and comfortable. The house has a pool which is really nice during the summer. Cris has always been friendly to me and is very responsive.

What an AMAZING location! We loved the area and the neighborhood. Went for a run and enjoyed some great fishing in the bay. The place was perfect, clean and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We were expecting the pool to be completed which was sad but Nik (host ) refunded us a portion of our fees to compensate due to pool not being ready. And was even gracious enough to pay dinner for us (we are so grateful) . The place was beautiful , clean and was stocked with all the essentials we needed throughout our stay . We highly recommend this place. The host was terrific and the house was stunning. Best kept secret is the private lake overflowing with beautiful birds. We had a terrific time and cannot wait to return again in the future.

We stayed here several days for a family trip. The home is just as the listing describes. Very good location to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. The kids loved the pool. Trinh was super responsive to any issues we had and resolved within a few hours! Would definitely stay here again!

The mansion was extremely stunning and Omar was such a great host super helpful and friendly didn’t matter the time . I would definitely recommend this place to have a nice peaceful gate away with family

We really enjoyed Sam’s place. Lots of room, well stocked with everything you need and walkable to the beach. It made our visit very memorable and would highly recommend.

We had a great time and loved the space! After accidentally locking ourselves out, security was very quick to help us resolve the issue. Would totally book again!

We loved the little house! It had everything we needed. They have a binder with clear instructions as well as ideas for restaurants and things to do. we will definitely look for more SPI properties in the future.
