Holiday rentals with beach access in Brownsville

Nice place and has everything you need to have a great stay. Pool close by ( there is restroom by the pool) Beach is super close. In the storage there is chairs and a wagon so taking your stuff to the beach is easy. Kitchen has everything u need.

We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing experience staying at this condo! The instructions were super clear, but what truly stood out was how immaculately clean everything was. It honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. Major props to the owner and the cleaning team for the level of care and attention! The attention to detail was impressive; for instance, the kitchen was spotless, and even the sponge was brand new! We had nearly everything we needed to cook and bake, and the provided coffee grounds were a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We came prepared, but the condo had us covered beyond expectations. We've never used but there were even beach essentials like chairs and a volleyball. Without a doubt, the condo was the best part of our South Padre trip. While we weren’t too impressed with some of the overpriced restaurants in the area, if we ever return to South Padre, we’ll definitely be booking this same condo again. Thank you for everything!

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

Amazing place to stay! Loved the entire condo and location. The only things I would say were not good was the check in paper not having which elevator to use and I’m guessing the fridge was off or really low before we checked in and it took almost 24 hours for us to see our stuff getting cold. Loved the gym and pool! Hosts were amazing and quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again!

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!

We will definitely try to book this place again in the future, we’ve already saved this location on our “favorite” place to stay, and allowing my dogs which one is a retired medical assistant dog which just turned 16 years old.

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

We had a awesome time and their place was just like the pictures listed. Lots of things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back.

We had a lovely stay at this property! It is a great location, very quick walk to the beach access and even along the Bayside for dinner and drinks. Picturesque yard and sparkling tiles in the home.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! The location is a 10/10—pet friendly with immediate beach access. The Airbnb itself is modest and no-frills, but it was perfect for what we needed. We brought a few of our own little luxuries (snacks, water, coffee, and beach towels) based on other reviews, which made everything feel seamless. The stunning patio view of the beach was incredible and easily the best part of the unit. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of coffee or winding down while watching the sunset was an unforgettable highlight. The easy access to the beach made full-day visits in the sun super convenient, especially with a kid and a pup in tow. The space was easy to access, and the host was very communicative throughout our stay. While the fold-out couch wasn’t ideal for sleeping, we were comfortable with two adults and our five-year-old all sharing the spacious king-sized bed. My bestie and I had the BEST girls’ trip, and staying at Elena’s Airbnb made it even better! The place was easily accessible and just a quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to explore without needing to drive everywhere. We also used Elena’s list of local recommendations to help plan our days, and her suggestions were spot-on. She really thought of everything and made the stay feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re headed to South Padre!

Great stay. Great location. Great host. Everything was as expected, no unpleasant surprises. Condo was very clean and you are greeted with a fresh smelling order as soon as you walk in the door. All the necessary items were provided and then some. From kitchenwares to beach chairs (we especially loved the balcony chars)! Great location. Quiet. Excellent balcony view of the ocean. Host was very responsive. The best way I can put it is to say if we come back to South Padre Island, this will be the place we choose to stay.
