This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village
