Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes.

The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Lovely Victorian end terrace cottage in the pretty village of Laxton near Howden. We have Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single bedroom. The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

You park your car and the hut is a 3 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
