Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Enclosed patio with lockable gate, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella — ideal for alfresco dining and for leaving bicycles safely. Closed garage for bicycles and motorcycles available upon request. The neighbor's window overlooks the terrace, but it belongs to an unoccupied room whose shutter is always closed. This choice makes it possible to have a comfortable terrace.
