Holiday rentals with a patio in Brossard

We had a wonderful stay! just in town for a couple of nights to attend an event near by. The home was clean with all the amenities you could need. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Was in town for a work trip. Ammenities were all very close. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely book again. Hugo's communication response was very quick.

We will definitely be returning to this listing if we find ourselves back in Montreal. Could not have been any better.

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).

The property was as nice as its photos-clean, great location & views, & easy to access. There was an issue with the ac that was a temporary building issue. Leila was very responsive and tried to help us resolve it as much as she could.

Hussein has a great place. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. House was very clean and has all the amenities in the kitchen. Perfect for family of 4 or couple with kids. Will recommend for longer and shorter stay as well. Hussein was very responsive and sent instructions well before on time of checkout which made it convenient for us to prepare.

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Stanzia was extremely responsive and accommodating to everything we needed. The Airbnb is about 15 minutes away from the main tourist attractions, but the ride was very easy. There is also a metro station nearby if you don’t have a car. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would most definitely stay here again in the future!

Overall great location to stay at! We stayed for 4 nights and everything went smoothly. The place is less than a 10 minute walk to the metro station and it was really easy to get to all the places we wanted to go to. We actually didn’t have to use uber/taxi at all for our entire trip because of how convenient the location was! The check in process was easy and the neighbourhood is peaceful and safe. It can get a little warm inside sometimes, but it’s not an issue because the apartment is equipped with AC and there’s ceilings fans in both rooms. Recommendations for restaurants, activities and even where you can store your luggage before check in are provided. Sarah was very responsive and checks in with you to make sure everything is okay.

Just a great place to stay overall...thank you, we will be back for sure!!

Beautiful home close to a beautiful city, couldn't ask for more.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and secure. The pincode entry, Eufy camera, and sturdy lock gave immediate peace of mind. Inside, the space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped — from the BBQ spices in the kitchen to the salon-quality hair dryer in the bathroom. The gas grill worked perfectly: just turn on the gas, set the level, and press ignite — no frustrating clicking. Even in our one-night stay, the pool made a lasting impression. At roughly 8m by 4m, it had real presence. The water was crystal clear and beautifully balanced — fresh, clean, and free of chemical overload. At night, tasteful lighting transformed it into a calm, elegant space. Though we didn’t use the laundry, the two large Samsung washer-dryers were a welcome sign of how well set up the home is. Every element felt like it had been considered with care. We left feeling safe, relaxed, and genuinely impressed. Highly recommended.

Our group of 12 had an amazing time at Mikael’s place! The property was even better than expected—spacious, beautifully maintained, and ideal for our size. Mikael was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. His attention to detail and hospitality made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Wonderful hosts. Beautiful backyard to lounge beside the pool. Property backs onto a network walking trails - great for bird watching!

Catherine was amazing, very kind and great communication, responses very fast, made us feel like home. This rental was my first AirBNB and will surely not be the last. I think this rental specifically was all above and beyond and it made me want to return to this place. More than worth it.

Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved it just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his welcome is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Plateau Mont Royal and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.
