Inside is a lovely skylighted living room, full kitchen, pristine natural well water, pull-down sleeper couch, private bedroom with queen Dreamcloud mattress, indie/art books.

Tucked off street in a family neighborhood, you can expect a relatively quiet stay despite easy access to Hwy 101 making it an great stopover on your way up 101. Proximity to restaurants, wineries, and grocery stores, makes it an awesome location for longer stays. This small cottage is fully furnished with everything you need to get a good sleep, make your own meals, or chat with friends on the patio. This is a 1940's quaint cottage with two bedrooms and an open layout living room/kitchen.

Lots of natural light, a sustainable lifestyle experience - a full kitchen, infrared heated water, and no-flush toilet. One level, with no steps.

Cozy rustic converted barn/tack room surrounded by oaks, firs and pines located on our lower meadow. Lavender rows blooming below the paddock fence fragrant the air during the summer months and available for harvesting. Outdoor seating to enjoy the mornings, a little ocean view and sunsets. The Navarro Beach estuary is just a few miles away for walking or wading. No Wifi creating a true country experience which we think you'll enjoy offering solitude, disconnecting and reinventing.

Recording Studio, Horses, Vineyards

The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, the main kitchen & shower are shared. No pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Nature lover’s rustic retreat in a pristine Redwood Forest overlooking a beautiful ocean view. Soak in the magic of the old-growth and enjoy glamping in the cozy Redwood TreeCabin. If you're looking for a getaway that is quiet and beautiful, slow down and relax on a peaceful ranch. Take nature walks, spot wildlife and pet the horses. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck and spend the night gazing at the Milky Way. We offer light snacks for your breakfast on your first morning, along with coffee, tea, cream and sugar. You will have the house to yourself. We share a parking lot and live next door.
