Clean bright spacious very comfortable beds . Great central location over ice cream shop though some road traffic noise in the morning. Would definitely return.

We stayed in early June and had an absolutely wonderful time in Belfast. Michelle's place is in the perfect location downtown. We were able to walk to everything we needed in the area. We would love to stay again in the future!

This Airbnb was exactly as listed. Everything is updated, very clean, and comfortable. Jordana was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great price for the area and value in comparison to other local stays. The irish pub across the street had great food. Room was clean and as described, the coffee shop downstairs is great for a morning coffee and pastry. Be prepared to walk a a block or two to the entrance. It clearly states this in the description!

Incredible, we really enjoyed staying at the sunrise deck, so incredibly home feeling and sweet for me and my wife’s honeymoon. We loved the extra care Lise took to bring gluten free snacks for my wife it was so sweet and thoughtful. We strongly recommend coming to stay here for Acadia or even the surrounding towns as well! Julie’s listing was a wonderful place for us to relax after a day at Acadia national park or Bar Harbor. It was spotless and had everything we needed.

We have been going to this area of Maine for over fifty years. I found this gem several years ago and haven’t stayed anywhere since. I find it to be peaceful, walkable to the center via footbridge, it’s all that we want. Kathy is a great host, quickly responds to any questions or needs you may have. We always know we will have a great experience staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matthew’s place!! The view was incredible!! It was very peaceful and quiet. The upstairs did get a little warm but using the box fans and opening the windows in the evening helped. We loved the first floor living area, it was so comfortable, and did I mention the views?!!!

Stayed here on our family trip to Acadia NP. Place was hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood right off US1. Clean and everything was fully functional. Very well maintained and clear instructions. Christian was very polite and helpful along the way.

Gorgeous ocean views right on the water! Every room has gorgeous photography on the walls, the house was extremely clean, everything clearly laid out in the house manual. Sunrises and moonrises over the ocean were stunning and unbelievable. Amazing location, super close to Tidal Falls. Drive to Acadia was easy and it is a great spot in between the Schoodic peninsula part of Acadia and the Bar Harbor part.

The place was serene—the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and bond. It is spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which is a plus. I highly recommend staying here whether you're visiting Bar Harbor, Acadia, or just exploring Maine. We enjoy all that this house has to offer. Thank you, Charlie, for your hard work on this place. We loved our stay on Deer Isle. It was perfect for our mother and daughter vacation. Mary was the perfect hostess and the home was delightful. We loved being walking distance from a fabulous coffee shop and a beach to watch the sunset.

This house was amazing—hosts really have thought of everything when it comes to guest experience! Kayaking out to the tiny islands in the bay a couple times allowed us to see horseshoe crabs and bald eagles up close. The fire pit was great and the “s’mores station” with supplies in the kitchen upon arrival was so cute and thoughtful. Our three kids loved this place and didn’t want to leave at the end of the week. Our boys especially loved the lower level game room with ping-pong, arcade games, and pop-a-shot. The kids also loved reading on the sofa in the upstairs loft overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked dinner there a couple times during the week. The hosts gave great local recommendations as well—the craft beer at Fogtown Brewing in Ellsworth (less than 15-min. drive) is excellent, and it is very kid-friendly with a large outdoor eating area and wood-fired pizza. We’d love to return to this house! Mosquitoes are fierce so bring bug repellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay. Great location with quick and easy access to Belfast, Lincolnville, Camden and Rockport. On a private road for a very quiet, peaceful stay. Clean, comfortable and very well provisioned. I was even able to bake cookies for my daughter and son-in-law!

Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

We stayed a long weekend over Memorial Day and Rob’s place was the perfect launching spot for us to be able to enjoy the entire Midcoast area without spending too much time in the car. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and the beautiful yard was an added bonus. I loved walking next door to Treats, getting a cappuccino and enjoying it on the front porch while the church bells rang. Rob was very responsive and allowed us to check out at a later time, which was very helpful and much appreciated! Thank you! We’ll definitely be back:)

The Owl’s Nest is a great place to stay and explore the coast in Maine. We stayed for a whole week and had a blast each day. Acadia is about an hour and half drive away and there are a bunch of trails to do much closer by as well. JoDee and her family are gracious hosts and were extremely helpful and attentive to all we needed during our stay. I even used this place as a jumping off point to go to Baxter State Park one morning. The bnb itself is exactly as described, and served all our (two people) purposes exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend staying here to other folks and wouldn’t mind returning again.

The photos don't do this place justice. It was spacious and squeaky clean. Beautiful views of the water. For a busy marina it was pretty quiet. During the day there would be people just outside the unit talking but nothing disruptive. Great price for a beautiful place. Only about a 25min drive to Bar Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The location is unbeatable: 10 minutes to drive to Acadia, and 10 minutes to walk to the waterfront in downtown Bar Harbor. We traveled with our two children, ages 3 and 1.5, and had plenty of room. We did our best to keep quiet for our downstairs neighbors, but just know that sound does carry a bit, even from the downstairs unit. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was a huge plus! Cannot say enough good things about Brian’s place, and hope to be back.

The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and cozy! The host provided clear instructions for a smooth and comfortable stay. We didn’t want to be right in Bar Harbor, so this was the perfect distance between Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park/Schoodic Area. Would recommend!
