The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

At Lupine Landing, you'll find your dream coastal Maine getaway. This secluded cottage is situated on 13 acres and has over 800 feet of oceanfront to explore. There is boat house on the water's edge supplied with kayaks, an outdoor shower, and many wonderful spots to swim or soak up the sun. The house has a wood stove for chilly evenings, and well equipped kitchen. The villages of Deer Isle and Blue Hill are close by, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and great local businesses.

Tall windows overlooking the Bagaduce River and cathedral ceiling complement the open floor plan. Sturdy, fairly steep steps lead down to the inviting gravel and rock beach. From the deck guests enjoy soothing breezes and the sound of eagles, osprey, great blue herons, and other waterfowl. Seals are often spotted.
