Monthly Rentals in Brooklyn Center

We had an extended stay at Dustin’s place while transitioning during an out of state move and we are so thankful we made the choice to stay here. Our family of 5 was comfortable and had plenty of space, even when grandparents came to visit. I had a freak accident a couple of days into our stay and ending up needing to be in a wheelchair for a broken hip- I was able to navigate the entire main floor in a wheelchair for 3 weeks, though getting in and out of the house was a little difficult. Also the stairs to upstairs were quite steep, but our smaller children were still able to navigate it safely. We also had some maintenance issues pop up during our stay and Dustin was extremely thorough and responsive, quickly fixing issues himself or getting the correct servicemen out within hours. The location was super easy to get to and navigate going anyway in the twin cities- we definitely appreciated the park within walking distance and all the bike paths- plus a calming view of the river!

The room was clean, and quiet 99% of the time... the dogs can get rambunctious when guests/friends arrive but after a minute or so they settle down. Tracy and Mike do provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and are very thoughtful when it comes to amenities. Their film collection is MASSIVE - something for everyone! I didn't see anyone on the lower (theater/room) level for the 4 days I was there so privacy was a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this new home—it was a great value for the price! The space was clean, well-stocked, and had a welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. Check-in and checkout were super easy with clear instructions, and everything worked smoothly. The kitchen had all the basics for making simple meals, and the comfy beds and fast Wi-Fi made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The home also had plenty of space for our family to spread out, which was a big plus. For the comfort, location, and price, this place is hard to beat! Thanks Godson for hosting us!
