Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Brookhaven

We had a wonderful stay! Location is great, view is fabulous, very clean, the water pressure is heavenly! This was a great place to be able to relax and unwind with the multi level deck overlooking the lake!

Our family rented for a weekend off season. Surroundings were beautiful. Home was clean and comfortable. Host was super friendly and very communicative. Any questions were answered within 5-10 minutes. Lots and lots of space for large groups. We had 6 adults, 2 children and a dog in our trip. Literally open the back door and you’re right on the beautiful beach!

Amazing location - 10/15 minutes to everything. Very peaceful and quiet. It’s rare to find a place that actually has beds for 6 guests and it worked perfectly for our stay.

Very recommendable! Quiet street, the house very clean! Great kitchen, 3 wonderful bedrooms, very sufficient + good quality towels, great beachgear and nice beach when driving over the bridge! This home exceeded our expectations and we hope to return to the exact spot every year. We love the small community, friendly neighbors, and easy access to the beach. Close to Greenport for dining and shopping. The house was the most ORGANIZED Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is labeled. And all the basics are there. Made us feel right at home. Honestly wish it was my house! Property manager was very calm and helpful when I needed assistance and I very much appreciate their professional and friendly demeanors.

This AirBnB steps it up a notch! Very clear and proactive communication from the hosts. There was extra comforts provided as well and it was just lovely and so thoughtful. No complaints whatsoever about the space... they clearly put time and care in.

Booked this place while visiting my family. This place was great and close to my family without me even realizing. Bed was soft, I love the set up of the place. The only thing I had complaints about was that the shower is very confined when actually getting it, wish it was a little bit wider and because it was the basement it was cold. It took a while for me to get the heating systems the host had to warm up place and operate it. Host was responsive to any questions I had and I ended up booking another night. Everything was great besides the 2 things I listed

This home was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy Spring Break with our 4 daughters ages 9-16. It is a safe neighborhood with the NYPD 25th precinct just down the street. It is very walkable to the subway which made getting around NYC very easy. Enid offered ideas for where to park our car for the duration of our stay. The apartment felt like home for our week in NYC. Well apportioned and would definitely recommend.
