This home easily sleeps 7 - with 3 bedrooms and 3 separate kids' sleeping cabins. You can jump on our standup paddle board right off our private dock, jog along wide stretches of pebble beach, have a swim race to our floating swim platform or simply relax in the hammock. 2 bathrooms indoors and 1 private outdoor shower,

Hang up your car keys and your worries and come visit this beautiful, stylish, coastal gem. Everything that Port Jefferson Village has to offer -- the marina, Harborfront Park, restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, skating rink, green market, Danfords -- is all within easy walking distance. So come enjoy being in the middle of the action -- and the cool breezes off Long Island Sound -- at the Harborfront Star. We are dog friendly and have a pet fee of $65 per dog (max of 3 dogs).

Our home is <10 minutes drive to the beach, groceries, and restaurants! Note our pool and dock are closed and will open Memorial Day Weekend (late May 2026).

A little yellow cottage , on your very private beach on the bay , put your feet in the sand and enjoy this beautiful space. The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and the sofa has a pull out trundle which sleeps two people. Patchogue village is 1 mile away to enjoy exceptional restarants and bars , Davis Park Ferry is close by and you can get to Davis Park in 15 minutes by ferry. Kayaking and Paddleboards are fun on this beach !

The whole group will enjoy access to everything from this centrally located home. three comfy bedroom, two bathrooms, large living room, dining and kitchen. close to the beach, nature reserved, kayaking, sky diving and Tanger outlet mall, restaurant and all the fast food located nearby. long island vast array of winery and farms stand etc. Guest is expected to follow house rules. 15 mins after check out time is given after that fees will incur at nightly rate

The Harbor House

Beautiful three bedroom home located on the waterfront in Bay Shore’s historic bay district. Steps to local waterfront restaurants and marina. Short walk to Main Street shopping, restaurants and nightlife and just minutes from the Fire Island Ferries and Long Island Railroad. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, large deck for barbecuing with harbor views, natural wood fire pit with Adirondack chairs and fully fenced in yard.

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

Private and peaceful cottage walking distance to Breakwater Beach and Old Mill Inn Restaurant on the water opening Spring 2025. There are two large decks to relax by the firepit and drink your wine from the local wineries. Bikes, kayak, and paddle board are stored in the barn for guests use. Easy access to the marina, fishing, fine dining, vineyards, and farm stands.
