You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. The cabin is located about 250 m from our farm where we have a small herd of Dexter cows. Dexter is one of the smallest cattle breeds in existence. Easy access from highway 7 (rv7), about 2 km. The cabin is located approx. 300 meters from our farm where we live. Proximity to the Bear Park in Flå and Langedrag, trail cycling, mountain tours and Skiing in Liemarka.

'Børtnes Hagehjem' Nesbyen, Hallingdal, Norway

We are a married couple from the Netherlands who fell in love with the country of Norway, AND with the house we now are renovating to become a Bed and Breakfast. We live in Hallingdal since 2008. When this small house in the garden (Hagehjem =Gardenhome) was ready for family and friends to stay in when they visit us, we thought that it deserved to be used the whole year round. Since 2019 we work together with Airbnb and it is nice that more people can enjoy this cozy space. Welcome!
