Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Within a radius of 10-15 km, you will find everything your heart desires, from excursion destinations such as Lake Dümmer, the Ströhen Animal Park with its Arabian stud farm, Moorwelten, Marissa Park, indoor swimming pools, outdoor swimming pools, various restaurants and shopping facilities, from the bakery, butcher, discount store and drugstore to pharmacies.

So this is then a PASSAGEWAY ROOM! Our accommodation is located in the village. Rural and (mostly) quiet. The immediate surroundings are ideal for bicycle rides and walks in the woods. Shopping for basics such as groceries is available ~ 4 km away. The district capital of Diepholz is ~ 10 km away.

The apartment with private entrance, connects to the old part of the former farm (kitchen-living room, double room, single room, private entrance area + bathroom and garden use). Bicycles are available (for a fee), as well as large parking spaces and storage facilities for motorcycles. Dogs are always welcome guests with us.

Room for exercise in the large garden area. Of course, everything is barrier-free. The garden is completely fenced, offers privacy from the street and is perfect with pets. The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

This pretty apartment is located in an old half-timbered house very close to the Neustädter Moor. Ideal for walking, cycling or crane watching. The Dümmer can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. In the village there is a swimming pool, a variety of shops and restaurants. The Ströhen Zoo and the Moor Worlds can be found in the neighboring village. The apartment is fully equipped, has a double bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

Gästehof Brockum, old farmhouse, large garden

Large former farmhouse for groups, family gatherings and creative vacations. The house is a listed building. Bed linen/towels should be brought. Otherwise, these can also be rented on site. Firewood, soap, toilet paper, dish towels are provided. Most rooms are at ground level. A bedroom, (3 beds) the former "upper chamber" is 1/2 floor higher and can be reached via a 10-step staircase. The ceiling is only 175 cm high.
