There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Small but nice

Rural location, but not off the beaten path, is our 1-room apartment in the Dümmersee vacation area. The fiber optic connection with Wi-Fi and data cable in the apartment allow a perfect workspace or watching TV on the 55' TV. Our apartment has a separate entrance and is not integrated in the main building. The room is flooded with light and radiates coziness through the wooden floor, an open beamed layer, and small rung windows.

Beautiful apartment 28 sqm in the center of Stemwede-Oppend for rent. It is located on the ground floor in our private house. The renovated room is equipped with a 1.60 m wide bed, sofa and writing space. The room is facing south and has direct access to the beautiful garden. The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
