We had a very pleasant stay! The cottage is very comfortable, impeccable , with neat decoration, with all the necessary amenities; the environment is very quiet, the garden ( fenced) made our dogs happy 🐶

We had a great week at the church house. Very spacious and well equipped. We felt very nice, never cramped even at 10! The weather was there but the house is nice to stay even in bad weather. Special mention for the foosball that we enjoyed. And thank you to Élise for her advice and warm welcome! We'll be happy to go back

Wow 🤩 far too many amazing things to say about this property! If you are looking for French beauty with added historical significance then this is where you need to stay! The location was stunning, pure French beauty as far as the eye could see. Ines and Marc were so welcoming and kind, they provided the most delicious breakfast and were on hand to assist us on multiple occasions. The building we stayed in was every inch the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in and I will be back in the summer to see the main residence again. What a little gem 💎 Thank you so so much x

Thank you Vincent for the nice stay. Beaune nuits was a perfect base for day trips in the area. You can stay here very well with a family with 1-2 children, there were stair gates and children's toys and a garden that is fenced off. But even with adults only, it would be a good time! It is a very spacious house and the decor is well thought out. The cookies were also wonderful!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of everything in Dijon. Ludovic was so responsive and helpful and his housekeeper is incredibly sweet; definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment is cozy, clean and easy to access but maybe a little far from the city center on foot. Not a prohibitive one, though. The apartment is very well-equipped. Alkéta is very responsive and has pleasant communication Perfect for a short trip to 3 adults.

the apartment offered by Françoise corresponds to the photos and descriptions. the location is ideal, we did everything on foot. the free parking space is a very nice comfort. communication with Françoise is simple and cordial. i highly recommend it.

Very nice accommodation with a lot of room for each part (even the bathroom). The studio is independent of the guesthouse and there is always space on the street to park in front of the listing. The apartment is well appointed and on a very quiet street. Only the heat pump heating system is a little noisy at night when it goes off (even with the ventilation set to a minimum). But maybe we didn't know how to fix it... Jacques is a very friendly and accommodating host, we will definitely be back.

Caring host and little cocoon in the heart of Dijon. Ideal location, between the train station and the center allowing you to walk (with a baby, very convenient). Emilie was responsive and very considerate, it was a pleasure to stay in her place! Thanks for the quality of service and we'll be happy to come back.

A great stay in a very central and convenient location

The apartment was clean, well equipped, nothing was missing, all in a very quiet residence. Access is relatively easy, and private enclosed parking is nice. Besides, if he wants to visit Dijon, the car can stay there without any problem, the tram stop being really close, that's nice too. Finally, the communication with Fanny was very good, she is also good advice and welcoming. I recommend it!

Great stay at the apartment. Very clean and functional. The access instructions are very clear, parking spaces just opposite which makes it even easier to access the accommodation. Very responsive and friendly hosts. During an upcoming stay in Dijon we will be back without hesitation and with pleasure! Thank you for everything.

Pleasant stay, very quiet neighborhood and close to several activities and must-see places in Dijon

Gerard was very welcoming even though our arrival was delayed due to very heavy traffic. The apartment is comfortable and has a good view from the wrap-around balcony. Parking is easy to use as long as your car isn’t too big. It is in easy walking distance of the centre of Dijon, where there’s lots to see as well as a wide choice of restaurants.
