We welcome guests to our Regency Grade II listed home just a short stroll from the seafront, iconic pier, restaurants, bars and shops. Our stylish and comfortable self contained lower ground floor apartment is the perfect retreat for two. Facilities include : off road parking, private courtyard, luxury king size divan bed, central heating, eco toiletries, welcome gift. We aim to accommodate our guests with generosity and kindness. Situated in a good residential area with Worthing Railway station, shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs within 5-15mins walk. About 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. Has Double bed, fold out bed (extra charge*), sofa, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave) shower room and a good sized garden where guests are welcome to relax. Emoyeni, a perfect spot for a relaxed staycation!

Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.

Our lovely central Worthing apartment is along the beautiful seafront, with windows overlooking the sea and pier. It’s family-friendly, has a lot of character and is beautifully decorated. It's perched on the top floor of a converted 1850s Victorian building. You’ll get stunning south-facing views of the sea and a nice, quiet view of the city to the north. The place is spacious and well equipped, with a big open-plan living room that has a smart TV and three cozy bedrooms.

Little Lansdowne is a newly designed beautiful furnished garden retreat in the grounds of the home of Laura & Marshall. Just a few minutes walk from the beach this luxurious space has it’s own private entrance, king size bed, en-suite shower room and garden terrace area. Luxurious fabrics, LED twinkly ceiling lights, built in Bluetooth speakers, underfloor heating, hot drink making station TV with freeview and free WiFi makes for a 5 * experience at a fraction of the cost.

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
