Monthly Rentals in Broadbeach Waters

We are a family from Melbourne and stayed in Ashely's 2 bedroom apartment for 6 days. We had a great stay and great time. The apartment is virtually new and the layout is terrific as each bedroom, each with a full separate bathroom, are separated by the long large living area. We thought that made a great difference to the family in the feeling of space and privacy. Pacific Fair shopping centre is directly across the road, a 2 minute walk which was convenient and a lot of fun for the family, we visited the shopping centre a lot. The apartment is on level 2 and there is a little traffic noise in the morning and evening, but it did not bother or affect us at all. Ashley was super friendly and responsive throughout of stay. We had a maintenance issue (all property has maintenance issues from time to time) which did not impact us and Ashley sorted it out straight away. Also bathrooms and kitchen was pristine clean which we also liked. Many thanks to Ashley.

We had a lovely stay, the guest house was immaculate, beautifully styled, and very comfortable. Although we didn’t meet Mary in person, her communication was incredibly warm and thoughtful. We really appreciated how attentive she was throughout our stay. Also, the added bottle of wine was such a lovely touch. Thank you so much for having us!

Great location easy access to attractions. Mickey decorated and comfortable. Having the dog as well was a bonus very secure location

Fabulous!!! This would have to be one of the nicest and best value places we’ve stayed. Being Airbnb hosts ourselves there are certain things that we appreciate-the little extras like lovely bathroom products, lots of complimentary biscuits and teas/coffees to choose from. Gorgeous neautral furnishings which added to its calm atmosphere. We’ve already recommended it to our neighbours back in NZ.
